Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your item and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger furniture items.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
